I live in San Antonio. I'd reccomend staying at the Valencia or La Mansion. It has a better ambience. I would also plan a day trip to New Braunfels. It's a nice German town. That could be incorporated with your Natural Bridge Caverns cause it's on the way and only 10 more miles.
