This a dream trip, I love Italy and would love to go back. My husband and I have been to Florence and Rome and enjoyed every minute there ,it was a short trip only 5 days but the best 5 days spent.We were there when the pope passed ,so it was a unbelieveable time to be there. The Italian people are so warm and friendly you feel like there your family, and the food was the best, I would love to go back.

THIS WOULD BE THE GREATEST TRIP . THE AMALFI COAST IS BREATHTAKING .I HAVE SOME COOKBOOKS AND THE PICTURES OF AMALFI, SORRENTO,POSITANO ARE SO BEAUTIFUL IT MAKES YOU WANT TO BE THERE. MY GRANDPARENTS AND MY HUSBANDS GRANDPARENTS WERE FROM ITALY, I GUESS WE HAVE A SPECIAL LOVE SINCE OUR CULTURE IS ITALIAN, AND WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE TO BE IN THE COUNTRY FROM WHICH YOUR FAMILY CAME FROM AND ALL THE STORYS YOU HEARD AS A CHILD YOU NOW SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES, AND I WOULD JUST LOVE TO BE THERE ON THE AMALFI COAST.

You seemed to have had a really wonderful trip. I liked your photos, although I would have liked if they were described so I knew what I was looking at. I hope to go to Italy within the next couple of years, but I feel like there won't be enough time to see ALL that I'd like so I'll have to plan carefully. Thanks for sharing your trip.
