If you want to save money, jump on a ferry to Alona beach. First class. Take 2 hours. If you have a bigger budget, try to stay in Plantation, or Shangrila...

Waterfront Mactan is nice

Yes i have been in Cebu City. The foods are so superior and yet very affordable, the people are so hospitable. Am longing to go back to Cebu, Philippines.
