Once out of the arrival gates, we proceed to the express bus counter located at the northeastern side of terminal 2 to get tickets. There are about 4 counters or bus operators serving. All ply different routes to Taipei. Talk to them & tell them which hotel you're going & they'll be able to advise you. We took FreeGo, cost NT140 per ticket & stops outside Rainbow hotel. Not all make direct stops to hotel, others will stop at major MRT train stations like Taipei Train Station, ZhongXiao Fuxing, ZhongXiao Xinsheng stations. You can then take a public bus to your hotel. Bus fare is a flat rate NT15.
