Our Review: This hotel was NOT up to 5 star standard when we stayed, mostly due to a very poor night manager named Najib. However, Joseph the Assistant Manager saved the day with impeccable service fixing all that had gone wrong.
TripAdvisor Reviews: Rated #2 when we stayed, and #3 as I type this one month later. I did notice they were giving great rates today - they are probably trying to 'lift' their value (and their rating)... good for them! :) http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserRevie…
