Navigating through Baía de Todos os Santos (All Saints' Bay)
A trip to Bahia, Salvador
For those in search of cultural attractions, popular beaches … More
For those in search of cultural attractions, popular beaches and lots of nature a great request is to get to know Bahia.
The journey starts in the state capital, Salvador that fascinates with its rhythms, its beautiful historic centre and the all-round pleasantness of its people.
The fun continues in Porto Seguro, one of the main touristic poles of Bahia. There, the party never stops, either on the beaches or in the roads.
Further north is Mata de São Paulo. Affectionately nicknamed “Brazilian Polynesia”, the city is known for the Praia do Forte tourist complex.
The itinerary is completed with two attractions that please many ecotourists. Situated on the archipelago of the same name, the Marinho de Abrolhos National Park is one of the best diving points in Brazil. In the interior of the state is the Chapada Diamantina National Park with its plateaus, caverns and waterfalls.
