Tours run every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with advanced reservations held for large groups between 11 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Free, same-day tickets are distributed at 8 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket booth on Raoul Wallenberg Place (formerly 15th Street).
Cameras are allowed in the facility, but their use in the tour gallery is prohibited.
