Day 1
Arrival in Panama City Arrival at the Tocumen Airport in Panama City where the tour manager welcomes you and takes you by bus to your hotel in Panama City. *Overnight at a city hotel (-/-/-)
Day 2
“Old Town – Sluice Miraflores” Early in the morning you will visit the Old Town of Panama. The oldest city of Panama was built 1519 of the Spaniards and grew up into one of the most important cities of the world, until the English pirate Henry Morgan took it in 1671 and destroyed it completely. From there, you will go on to the Miraflores Locks at Panama Canal. The Panama Canal which was established in 10 years by 75,000 men and women counts as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Since the startup in 1914 more than 900,000 transport ships used the new waterway. After then you can enjoy a nice lunch in the restaurant of the canal building with a beautiful outlook at the Miraflores sluice. *Overnight at a city hotel (B/-/-)

“Casco Viejo – Canal Museum” After breakfast you will visit the beautiful district “Casco Viejo” which will remind you on the colonial past of the city. Let yourself be impressed by this breathtaking outlook to the skyline of Panama City! After it, you will visit the Panama Canal Museum where they will inform you about the the history and economic function from the Panama Canal. There you will see how the people who worked on the establishment of the Panama Canal lived – the museum shows in a very impressing manner the hard work and modest live of the worker at that time.
