Notes: not sure about Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Pattaya Beach Thailand is over developed and not beautiful- wikitravel made it sound like sexploitation capital- added because airport has direct flight to phuket (look into prices). Want to go to Koh Chang, from Bankok: direct bus (from Ekamai or Mor Chit) + ferry (from Laem Ngop) takes about 5 hours.

cool, we can skip laos if it doesn't look all that good, it kinda sounds like a bitch to get to and also plane prices are higher going to or from there. I would like to spend a lot of time in thailand so beaches and bitches here we come!

flight to japan from singapore would have been double the price, that's why there are so many trains going back and forth to bangkok, i'm hoping the train time isn't going to be long to singapore, if it is we may have to skip it and do something else
