WWW.HOLIDAY HOUSES GETS THE APPROVAL FROM THE OWNERS BEFORE THEY POST ANY REVIEWS - THE OWNERS HAVE TO APPROVE THEM - SO IF YOU SAY ANYTHING IS WRONG THEY TAKE THE REVIEW AND WONT LET IT ON THIS IS HARDLY AN UNBAISED WAY TO GET THE REAL INFORMATION ABOUT A PLACE - THIS IS A STINKING DIRTY PLACE WITH AN UNSAFE YARD FOR KIDS WITH 1 BATHROOM IN A HALLWAY SETUP WITH A DOG BATH ARRANGEMENT - THE ADVERTISMENTS ABOUT THIS PLACE ARE MISLEADING - I WOULDNT LET MY DOGS STAY HERE - its a pig sty !!

briggs lakeside property rotorua not very nice it is grotty they say they have recently renovated and upgarded the p[lace but i wouold have hated to see it before - save your money and go to a decent place -

Briggs lakeside property- take your own towels u wouldnt want to let their towels near your body towels provided are a joke the towels were like the towels i give the dogs to sleep on the towels are so old and tatty you wouldnt want to use them on your body

briggs lakeside is a hole - dont take any notice of the reviews on the holiday houses website they the owners have to approve them (the reviews ) before they get put on the website and if you tell the truth about the dump they wont put them up because the owner has to approve the review first - this place is a dump it does not have 2 b bathrooms it has a stinking shower dog bath arrangement in a hallway - anybody who says they think the place is great must live in a sty cause this place is not better than a pig sty -
