This was my favorite museum in Alaska! Learning about the Native culture, I was AWE-struck! Seeing white & white photos of Barrow, AK back in the late 1800's on how they hunted whales and the resources that they used from the whales - nothing was wasted. They constructed canoes from the skin of whales - amazing! This is a must-see museum when traveling to Anchorage.

My coworker brought me here. We sampled all the beers, they are served in small glasses similiar to shot glasses. Apparently the alhohal content is higher? My favorite 'panty peeler'. I bought a growler of it. (Where do they come up with these names for beer?)

My first train experience - ever and I loved it! I road on The Denali Star Train under the Adventure Class rates. The train left Anchorage at 8:15 a.m. and arrived to Denali Park at 3:45 p.m.

I road The Denali Star Train from Denali Park up to Fairbanks. From the time you leave Denali Park close to the next hour heading north by rail are spectular views!! I departed Denali Park at 3:45 p.m. and arrived to the Fairbanks Depot at 8:00 p.m.
