coast to coast

The morning of our move started out pretty smooth. The truck was ready an hour early and there were no complications getting it home. However we did have a bit of trouble with parking. Trying to find parking in a busy NY street with angry impatient drivers is a challenging task. After circling the block a few times and squeezing through narrow passage ways we finally found parking 1/2 a block down from our apartment.
So we motored through and headed out at 1:30.

We proceeded to drive to NJ via Staten Island. Along the way were views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty, it was a perfect way to say farewell to an amazing city!!
