according to yahoo maps this trip has 73 hours of driving... but at 5000 miles its only 200 gallons so thats $600 gas approximate. the route travels through missouri as well providing opportunity to visit both emily and zak, as well as donna, kayla, and josh.... i wanna locate as many natural landmarks, such as waterfalls, the grand canyon, mt rushmore, gulf of mexico, the beach, as possible. I would like to travel with as little money as possible, but still create an enjoyable trip for the whole family. We will be picnicking the majority of the trip.
