The staff was very helpful and friendly, willing to help us with any and all of our trip plans and accomodations. Although they are not in the "Pike Place" downtown area (as Hotwire likes to lie) they do offer a complimentary shuttle service to multiple downtown locations. The room was large, clean, and contemporary with a small kitchen like area, huge flat panel tv mounted to the wall, and extra counter/mirror space outside the bathroom.

The tour was very tasty and very informative. Our tour guide knew a lot not only about coffee, but about the city of Seattle as well. At the end of the tour she even gave us suggestions of other things in the city we might enjoy doing.
