I loved the city of Charleston! It was quaint and yet modern. Family friendly but a great night life as well. Lots of history and tours so bring lots of extra cash. Hyman's is all its cracked up to be and more. The Market Place was cool. Can't really tell you too much about the city because I was only there for 2 days. I do want to say that the Lodge Alley Inn was wonderful and cozy. Central location to everything we needed and easy to find. Clean, super friendly staff, and all around awesome!

Don't listen to everyone when they tell you to go to Folley Beach. Hop on over to Sullivan's or Isle of Palms. Very beautiful beaches and family friendly. If you want to have a beer in the sun tho, stick to Folley's.

Stayed in Mt Pleasant for a few days in Master's Inn. It may be a cheap hotel but I'd advise you to fork over the extra cash to stay at one of the major chains. Won't go into detail but the room was bug infested and house keeping was forgetful. Ok location but seriously not ideal for a family with children or single ladies looking for a deal. Several hotels near this place so hop on over to those!

Patriots Pointe was awesome! Will upload photos later...Make sure you take several hours out of your day for this sight see. And bring LOTS of water. It was really hot in the ship.

Cypress Gardens was our last stop and was worth every penny spent. Famous movies such as the Patriot, North and South, and the Notebook were shot there. Butterfly garden and aquarium are included in the $10 fee. Take the boat tour if you're not to skiddish about gaters. Yes, they do swim with you. Freaky!
