We made a quick trip to this area a few years ago and I have always wanted to return. Since my 40th birthday is July 3rd, I thought that Zion National Park would be a great place to enjoy it! So, off we go from the Denver area to Springdale, Utah with a stop in Torrey, Utah to eat at Cafe Diablo on the way down. We will stop in Moab, Utah on the way back to enjoy some Fourth of July fireworks.
