You can take an East Delta Bus from Nuweiba to Cairo, ca. 8h, going over Taba. Costs around 80LE. Or ask in your hostel or hotel, sometimes they arrange minibuses, which is quicker but more expensive. If you are a group that is the best way. A private taxi is also possible but costly.
dont use a minibus though,stop everywhere

find out dates for cyprus ferry from haifa or flight from tel aviv.Try for o'nite ferry

train back to cairo,then bus to taba nr eilat

The same bus company runs buses from Cairo to Taba leaving the East Delta station near Midan Abasiya at 9am and at 11pm. I give below the times of buses that I have, but check these times, the timetable is dated June 2001 and even if it was correct then, things might have changed. The phone number of the bus station is 261.4909. Note that Taba is a full hour nearer Cairo than is Nuweiba and the trip is abt 6-7 hrs
