It's actually going to happen. Anyone who knows me very well, knows that I am in love with Colorado. I took off when I was 19 and drove across the country looking for a place to settle down and start over. I ended up in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado and have been obsessed (thats an understatment) with going back and moving there for the last 9 years. The first time didnt work out. Me and my friends were young and turned it into a vacation, ran out of money and were back in Indiana after a week. I met my fiance almost 8 years ago, and we have had the plan this whole time that when she was finished with school we would move to Colorado. The only thing is, she has never seen Colorado. The only place she has seen out west is Las Vegas. So we have been sitting by for years waiting for the opportunity to arrise for a visit to CO. I decided that this year was the year. I quit drinking 8 months ago yeaterday after struggling with alcoholisim for years, I couldnt think of a better way to celebrate then to share my love of CO with my fiance and my best friend. I have never saved more than $500 in my life, but the only way for this trip to happen is for me to save $1200 or more. And belive me I will!
