Hi Everyone,
I am organizing a weekend trip from Istanbul to Plovdiv (Bulgaria) leaving once a week staring from March.
Numbers are limited to 14 (we have a small mini-van)
The trip will be a lot of fun and is a great escape for a weekend. It is also the perfect opportunity to renew your tourist visa for Turkey.

A guided and organized tour through Turkish and Bulgarian countryside, staying two nights in charming, old-world Plovdiv, or bustling Sophia.
This tour includes:
• Transport in a comfortable mini van
• English speaking Tour Leader who will assist with visa technicalities, as well as guiding
• Two nights accommodation in 3 star hotels
• Two breakfasts
• Assistance with renewing your visa without any effort.
Things to do in Plovdiv:
• Ancient Roman Amphitheatre
• Bachkovo Monastery
• Bulgarian Revival houses and museums in the Old Town
• Historical Roman Hissar Kapiya Gate
• Visit the many bars, traditional Bulgarian restaurants and nightclubs that this student city is famous for
Itinerary:
• Day 1
• Depart 9am from Sultanahmet
• Cross the border into Bulgaria with a stop at the Duty Free Shopping Centre at around 12.00
• Arrive Plovdiv and check into hotel
• Free afternoon
• Optional group dinner at a traditional Bulgarian restaurant, followed by a tour of the locals bars
• Day 2
• Free Day
• Optional sightseeing tour of Plovdiv Town, or Bachkovo Monastery
• Check out Plovdiv’s famous student nightlife
• Day 3
• Depart Plovdiv mid morning
• Organise renewal of visas
