BUCKEYE: The Town of Buckeye Recreation Division hosts a variety of recreational activities including Youth & Adult Sports, Special Events, Special Interest Classes, Aquatic Activities, Before & After School Program, Senior/Adult Programs & Teens. UPCOMMING: Two new shopping centers are opening in Buckeye by the end of the year which will certainly attract those who use shopping as their leasure time and they will spend their money in buckeye instead of Scottsdale or elsewhere.

Goodyear City Parks: Recreation facilities in Goodyear consist of two Community Parks, a Pool, eleven Neighborhood Parks and specialty parks for dogs & owners and for skateboarders. Many residential neighborhoods have play lots and designated walking paths. Cycling/Skate & BMX park in Goodyear AZ Maricopa County’s Regional Parks - White Tank and Estrella Mountain - offer miles of shared-use trails for cycling, as well as designated competitive track areas. A privately operated BMX bike track is located in Goodyear, and many city streets have marked bike lanes in addition to motorized traffic lanes.
