Well I'm just making some last minute arrangements and making sure babysitters are on schedule and there is enough food for the men to take care of the kiddies!! This is just a time for us to get away before the holidays...and to see some family we rarely see. We'll play tourist while we're there since we usually just pass through and never actually see the sites...this will be great!!

I worked for Knocked Lobster back in the 50's when I was 15 yrs old. It was ownensad by the Sullivans back then. I workek on weekends and peeled potatoes by hand every Frida, Saturday and Sunday night. I got paid 5 bucks a nite and all I could eat. They are lucky to be in business as I almost ate them out of house and home.

I am now 73 yrs old and I find they are still the best place to go along with Sullivans Pier in Mesa. Maybe some of you remember me as I went by the name of Butch. Now, many jobs later includind 13 years with the EDept. of Public Safety as a highway patrolman I have been retired on a medical retirement since Sept. 1974.

The food was great then, it still is now.

Just thought I would put my two cents worth in. Happy New Year to everyone and drive safely.
