Thanksgiving Trip to Sedona

3.7 mile round trip, 2.5 hrs
From Phoenix, take I-17 north to Hwy 179 (exit 298). Turn left onto 179 and follow it past the Village of Oak Creek until you see Bell Rock just north and to the right. Drive past Bell and look to the right for a well-worn dirt parking lot that fits about 6 cars. More pulloffs can be found across the street and just beyond the first lot. The 'trailhead' which soon disappears, starts just to the right of the first parking lot.
