Talk about this trip (1)
After negoitiating a car from Avis at the airport, it was time to get directions to the Courtyard down down. Being that I do not speake Spanish and it appears that every one speakes little or no English, it was quite an adventure getting to the hotel. Needless to say, the traffic was horrendous and it was plain chaos, but when in Rome do as the Romans do. It was fun bogarting into spots and turns like the Dominicans, but it also was hair raising especially at cross streets when cars would dart out. The faint at heart need to hire a driver.
