This is a trip I am taking one of my daughters on because I think she will appreciate the history and the events that take place. People will dress in the old west period clothing and the town already looks like the old west probably because it was one at one time! We will be staying in a hotel the first 2 nights and then on the old sternwheeler that has been renovated and is now a "floating" hotel! I used to take my three older children here at least once a month when we lived in Sacramento and they absolutely loved it! It's like stepping back in time! There is alot to do and it is alot of fun!
