Bounded on three sides by water and by the Victoria's favourite park to the east, our neighbourhood of James Bay would take less than twenty minutes to traverse on foot but within it and close by is a great deal of what attracts people to Victoria. Getting to Vancouver Island (where Victoria is located) is easy: bus, ferry, float plane and helijet terminals are all walking distance away.
