Summer time on Cape Cod could not be better than to spend time at 248 Menauhant Road in Falmouth Cape Cod, MA. Short walk to private warm water beach, fantastic fun place to stay. Large deck overlooking water way.

This is a great house with a great location. A short walk to a private beach, with great views of Marthas Vineyard. Also wonderful water views from the large deck off back of house. This house has it all, we had a blast while our stay here, a quiet neighboorhood which is close to town and shopping for whatever your needs only 5 min away. A great place to stay if your planning a trip over to Marthas Vineyard with several ferry boat options, and plenty to do if your looking to rent bikes, go fishing, or dining at great restaurants, Falmouth has it all and this house puts you right in the middle off it all. I would highly reccomend this house for those looking for a great New England style family vacation. My family from Ohio just loved the feel of all this house and Falmouth had to offer.
