Well it's taken at least two months to plan this trip budget, but all the bookings (flights, trains, and hotels) are finally booked. Everything except our flight to Rome, all together, is under $1000. The last step will be to book tours; however, we may be spontaneous and just find the tours when we get to the locations. More to come...
