Leaving Boston for Alaska

I'm moving to Alaska for the summer/fall and I want to have a car there. Driving has turned out to be the best/cheapest way to get up to Alaska and have a car for my stay. I was looking to power through the drive and get there as quickly as possible, but after researching some of the areas I'll be passing through in Canada, I've decided to keep a slightly more leisurely pace.
