I love this garden! The Koi fish and the traquil setting! It only costs $4.00 to get in, too! Check out the tea house for a cup of tea and a bowl of yummy snacks.

This is a great nite time spot- but I've also hear they serve breakfast. The view is breathtaking- but you might work it into your cable car route, or take a cab because the hill just might kill you!

Definitely an experience! It rains inside the bar during the musical acts. All kinds of tiki wonderfulness!

One of the most stylish bars I've ever visited. It is a place where you can sometimes spot a celebrity- its a beautiful classic bar with a stylish twist!

If you like shopping, you have to check out the Mothership Macy's of the West Coast. It has recently been remodeled (mostly) and is quite lovely. It has like 19 floors! Sometimes I like to eat lunch in the cellar at one of the eateries (like Wolfgang Pucks).

This is kind of touristy, but I've heard the thing to do is to get a sundae at tht Ghirradeli chocolate place. Plan not to eat a meal any time near it though, as its a lot of ice cream.

This place is quite large for the city, and has a great wood fired oven. We had a wonderful dinner there- but it isn't the most atmospheric choice.

We've eaten here, as well as some of the other McCormick properties in the Northwest. Very nice view of the Golden Gate, good selection of seafood and steaks.

I've had great meals in the Bistro portion of the restaurant== nice view of the ocean and the former location of the famous Sutros Baths, built in the end of the 19th century. It's a particularly nice spot to go have a drinkie around sundown.

Solid, dependable Italian food right in the middle of town. Great service.

My favorite place in the world for crepes- these are savory crepes mostly- for lunch or breakfast- comes with fantastic home fries. There are several locations around the city.
