Hello everyone. Me and my fiance will be planning our 1st year anniversary weekend getaway in March of 2008. He is originally from Detroit so I thought it would be a great idea to travel to Detroit for our 1st year anniversary. Please send me some trip ideas to make this a great occassion.

Hello again everyone. Me and my fiance decided to go to Pompano Beach, Florida instead of Detroit. He has never been to Florida so that is where we will be heading to. Any ideas?

Hello everyone. HOwever, we did not go to Florida but we did go to Georgia. We left Friday morning around 9:00am and we drove to Albany, GA and then we left saturday morning around 9:00am and we drove on to Atlanta, WHAT A CITY. Atlanta is a pretty cool place. My fiance ate some ribs that saturday night but it made him so sick that all we did was stayed in the hotel. I was sad but we enjoyed just being together. We didn't make it to Gladys Knight restaurant because it was just overpacked but we went to a nice chinese restaurant. Overrall it was GREAT! We are planning a trip to NEW YORK CITY on August 6, 2008 and coming back on August 10, 2008. Hope this turns out great.

Hello again. We have recently been to Baton Rouge & New Orleans, LA. It is wonderful there. WE walked the strips of New Orleans and it is just awesome there. I have to go now but will be back with more upcoming trips.
