Hi I'm a Filipino. I'll be visiting Kuala Lumpur in December (5th to 9th) for a seminar, which would take up most of my daytime (7am to 5pm). How can I make the most of my nighttime? Are there ATMs for Philippine cards in KL? Such as Metrobank, Bank of Philippine Islands or Banco De Oro? Are there exchanges for the Philippine peso or do I have to bring US dollars?
