I love Embassy Suites. Nice rooms, free breakfast and free drinks at happy hour. Only slight negative - pool only was in the sun from about 11 am to 2 pm; otherwise another great stay.

My wife wore the cream-colored sweatshirt that she had purchased at Hard Rock the night before . A waitress or busgirl slipped and poured hot coffee on her and our guest, which sort of spoiled what otherwise would have been a great meal. To their credit the manager purchased a round of drinks and an appetizer for us and offered to pay for dry cleaning of the items that were hit. Meal was great, prices were reasonable, and service was good after the tough start.

Excellent tour; interesting and a fun ride. Lots of gators and birds, and good information about the area.
