Another one of my favorites. This place is not pretentious and the wines are really good. Too bad you guys aren't in town longer since they do a wine and food pairing class that goes for 90 minutes. In any case this is another one by appointment only.

This is probably a good mix of wine and champagne. Plus you get the 1hr and 15min tour of one of the oldest wine caves in the country. Let me know what you think.
