Frustration question.... When you check out these city websites... it has alot of info to pass out... but if one needs to ask a specific question...there is no email place for it!! Im at the website FayettevilleAR...& it says for further questions please goto FayettevilleAR....well Im already there..& there is no place to place my question. HELLO!!! where do I go from here??
