I'm thinking about taking $1,500 USD on this trip with me, and I was wondering if I should take more. I want to have a good time, and do a little bit of shopping while I am there, but I am unsure about the ammount of money I should take with me.

The american Dollar is at an all time low in europe. I was in Amsterdam last year and for $200 US I received 149 Euros. If you check the finance section of Yahoo it will give you the American Exchange.
