We bought the flight tickets and took one small bag each with us. Once at the Rome airport we went straight to the train station and headed straight to Naples. We read travel books while looking at the countryside go by. Naples was busting with life. It was also dirty. We walked all the way to the port with our roller backpack luggage and found a cute hotel. After a quick nap we went for a walk in what turned out to be the poorest part of town. We took tons of pictures, went to a museum of archetecture and ate awesome pizza before going back to bed. The next day we went to see some rhuins, rented a car and headed towards sorento and all around the Amalfi coast. We then took the train to florence. We spent two days walking around then rented a car and went straight to cinqueterre. We spent one day at the beach and left for piemonte where we found an incredible bed and breakfast and stayed there for one week.
