All fun ideas! but keep in mind the WEATHER. Maid of the Mist may not be running in Nov, Seabreeze is basically our 'Summer Waves' so won't be open in Nov. You forgot 'The Polish Villa' restaurant, which I will lead you to, for the best Polish food since the old Polish Picnic days! Buffalo is also the home of chicken wings, created at The Anchor Bar, but many good wing places in the area!
Most important, you will not be allowed in Niagara County unless you learn how to spel 'Niagara' correctly! :) :)
