We stay here because a family member has a timeshare. It is a little older, but it's on the beach, has a heated pool and two hot tubs. If you are close to the street you hear traffic noise. I've stayed in another room and don't recall hearing the noise of traffic. We are able to utilize the kitchen for some of our meals and they have laundry available on the premises.
Make sure you know where you are going ahead of time. We stopped at 2 different places that they didn't know what we were talking about. Third time was the charm. There is a lot of the same stuff, but if you enjoy flea markets I guess you know what to expect!
The food was awesome. I had the chef's special, which was a crusted grouper with a lobster tail. Service was excellent, they will answer any questions you have about the menu. Good wine list as well. Parking...very limited, we ended up using the valet to park.

Something for history buffs, although they have some really nice paths for walking or biking. They have rental bikes available. The beaches are good for shelling/walking, no swimming because of the current. Cheap outing, no entrance fees are charged.
