Cool fun. Slightly stressful in the second maze. Map helped to get out at the end - thankfully! Kids had great fun. The triangular mirror in the middle was cool.

I think the photo is a little deceptive and things may have changed there a bit, but it was a fun place for the kids. I couldn't bare the strong chlorine in the place and didn't go again, but dh took the kids a few times. They would've ONLY gone there each day and been happy!

I adored this place. Fortunately the weather was fine, but I think I still would have enjoyed it if it was raining. The tulips were fantastic and the gardens superb.

It was snowing a blizzard when we went up. You could not see any views and no one was going to try either. I stayed in the car and took photos of the kids freezing to death outside! Would have gone up again on a fine day except that my ears REALLY hurt (and Su's)from the height change and I didn't want to suffer that again. Will take something to chew on next time.

Need to go there two days in a row - which is included in entry fee. And probably better on weekend or school hols when there may be more there for children. We got there late and didn't have time to see our money's worth.

It was pouring with rain and freezing cold but we went nevertheless. Plastic raincoats helped to keep dry but were noisy and uncomfortable. The falls were huge, and there was a lot of spray filling in the spots between the rain drops! Susannah got a leech on her - fortunately removed it before it started sucking. Nanna lost her hearing aid but, thank God, someone found it and handed it in.
We ended up doing about half of what was planned, but having a plan was great. The weather was not conducive to enjoying the outdoor activities and so indoor swimming became a hit a few times. Port Arthur was too far away from where we were staying. Next time (if there is one) we will stay in Sorrell or closer to Port Arthur so that we can visit the Historic Site on two consecutive days. I adored the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens - great timing being there in Spring for the Tulip Festival. Next time (if there is one) we might do a road trip down to Melbourne, catch the ferry and travel around the island spending 3-4 days at each place. Tasmania is a beautiful place.
