I will be arriving Boston on Fri. Oct. 12th and staying through at least Sunday. My mission is to meet cousins and relatives for the first time and learn about my family history since Boston is where my father was born. I plan to visit the church where my grandparents were married and try to find historical facts that are unknown to me.
Next I will take either a train or bus to Monroe, CT where former inlaws live. If it is true that it only takes 2 or 3 hrs., then perhaps I can leave early Mon. morning and still have time to spend the day and then leave on Tues. morning to visit my sister in Sag Harbor.
