Why are we having the dinner the first night. Wouldn't it be better to leave it for last. Based on feedback wouldn't it be better if we just planned a 1 day event.
Hey, I'm all for the Reunion, but maybe you should consider a tighter schedule. I've heard comments that ppl won't be able to make it from the thursday because of work etc. .. so maybe from the friday afternoon? Three days still constitutes a good weekend. So maybe the activities in the extra day can become an option for ppl to have...
The trip seems fine. But bare in mind that reunions usually in some way or another benefit the school. So if tickets are to be sold etc. part proceeds should go to KNOX!!!!! even if is only a dollar per person at least we would have done our (though small)part as alumni!!!

I would opt for a reunion ball only on say the Saturday night. We have to bear in mind that pple who work may not get the time off from Thursday. We can also pool our resources to make the ball a splendid affair with all the bells & whistles instead of stringing it over a period which may cost more. However, whatever the case, I'm in.
