It does move; just not very far or very fast. Maybe I was a little hard on it. The food was great and the experience was too. Just don't expect much sightseeing and be ready for extras.

Just keep in mind; its a historical dining experience, not a train ride. We had ridden the Durango-Silverton Railway and hoped it would be something like that, only with good food. Lots of reviews I've read lately really knock the Zephyr. In perspective it was an enjoyable evening, one just needs to know what they're getting into and I think my review gives a pretty good idea.

Hey Missouri family, I've been to the Mall of America several times, we usually just stay for a couple days and go back home to Missouri! I also love reading menus and cookbooks from the locals. Your Journal was very informative and enjoyable. P.S. In Independence we don't consider ourselves Hillbillies!!!
