What a BEAUTIFUL place to visit/stay overnight! This was/is one of my very favorite places to visit! Flagstaff is located on a huge mountain, filled with trees as far as one can see! I love, love, love Flagstaff, AZ.! ;]

(FYI: We stayed at "KOA-Campgrounds" for the duration of the trip, with Clinton, IL., being the ONLY exception; there isn't a "KOA Campground" in or near Clinton. Instead, we stayed at "Weldon Springs", just outside of Clinton, IL., located off of Route 10.~OH the MEMORIES of it all!!!-My g'pa Burton used to take my sister

This was my 3rd favorite KOA-camground! It was beautiful, but that might have something to do with the fact that it's located near the Ozarks! :D Yes, so very beautiful indeed! I would love to go back to this area to explore some more! I highly recommend this particular KOA, by the way...*cheers*

This little place (Elk City/Clinton Lake- KOA) really surprised me! I really, really enjoyed staying here! The energy there was just pure, raw BEAUTY! I know that the land here had a lot to tell me, so I can't wait to go back so that I can talk with it some more! What I did hear from it is that it is well taken care of, therefore, it's very happy! However, I know at some point in History, that wasn't the case, but we decided we would save that chat for a later point in time... I felt as though I had traveled back in time, for a night, to a land that had not yet been discovered. Yes, it was an intense *witchy* night that night! I know that I was most definitely tuning-in! I highly recommend this area too!
