Ohrid is a very beatifyl old city. arheoligical excavation says the Ohrid live in the early 6 century BC. It is a UNESCO city. The lake is a very beaifyl with long sand beach. In the summer have a "OHRID SUMMER FETSIVAL" prestige cultural manifestation, and a world poet festival "STRUSKI VECERI NA POEZIJATA". In Ohrid also have a lot of night club, and diskoteque. with one word the best trip for tjis summer. WELCOME TO MACEDONIA
I agree.. Ohrid is truly a wonderful place for a honeymoon.. Me and my wife visited Ohrid for our honeymoon.. We stayed at the Villa "St. Clement The Lesser" This place is perfect!! Just what we wanted.. Built in the style of old Ohrid architecture.. The rooms are very exclusive.. With hand carved furniture.. A large bed.. :) very comfortable too.. Great view from the balcony. All in all.. a very romantic experience..
