Dave and Busters is cool. Great place to play games, eat, and have a drink.
I'd avoid West End. 'Tourist trap' is what us the locals call it. I was raised here - been there - it ain't worth it. Dallas has 1,000 better things to offer.
If you like bikes, customs, and a unique part of live, then instead of the West End - head to Lower Greenville. Sunday afternoons are a blast. Stan's Blue Note has a patio. Across from Stans is Blue Goose for TEx Mex. Sunday parking is limited because if the weather is good - then the motorcycles are out in force.
If you like the trender side of life, then head to Uptown and Northpark Mall. Both have a lot to offer i nthe way of food, drink, and shop til you drop.
Six Flags - greatness. Kaboom Town - ranked as one of the best in DFW. Traffic will be near girdlock though. Hole in the Wall - is just what it is only with great burgers.
