Been planning for holiday trip in Cebu sometime in July.

my sisters and i have scheduled a visit to cebu this 3rd of january 2008. We are looking for a nice but not that pricey a place to stay. Suggestions will be appreciated.

Im from cebu but Im in MN now. My boyfriend used to visit me in cebu. He usually stayed at Casa Rosario. It's a pension house and it's about $20 a day. Rooms are clean and very comfortable to stay in. And it is in the center of the city. If you're going there to watch the festival it is the best place to go because it is located at fuente Osmeña where the celebration is huge.

my wife is from cebu . and we live 6 monts in norway 6 monts in cebu a yere. so nise and all is so low prise in cebu. on food restorant hotel. and more. so nise pipole and i love to woke arond in the old street in the midel off the city beside santa nino catidral. and there is nise whit sand and coral blue woter. try to wisit in january to se the big festival carnewal in cebu. its so nise. allot off atm so no problem whid cards . visa . master . amex and diners no prob in cebu just use citibank. its safe.
tray to woke to se ajala and sm in cebu and more moles to like futurama in canselasjon and metro in mandavie. and se the nise markets to. like conselasjon market . smole nise plase . try toke to the locals nise pipole. cebu is a safe plase to be and nise welkome you get from all pinoy and pinay. try bluewoter hotel in cebu the best. and try nasa disko and sunflover. vrey nise plases to go aut to danse and party. it cost like 150php per pursen in cover to come in . but ok prises.

i was born and raised in cebu but didn't live here all my life. spent 10 years in singapore. though i loved that placed and had the chance to stay there permanently, i just had to go back to cebu. been to other places , like hongkong and the u.s. too, nothing beats living in this place. it doesn't have the stress of living in those big cities and its cheaper to live here. quite laid-back here.
let's face it, there's no such thing as a perfect city. but, i can tell you that our biggest asset is the people. the friendliest and happiest people around!
about the place, i won't tell you much about the malls, resorts and restaurants (you can find them all over the world) but i will tell you that there is so much to see in the countrysides and in the neighboring islands. when you are in cebu, you should make side trips to these places. we have a rich diversity of culture and history, the best dive sites, beaches and, of course, food. and don't forget your videocams and digicams.

hey everyone, all I can tell you is Cebu is the best place to visit, we have nice resorts you can visit at mactan Island, lots of nice and cheap hotels and people are friendly, ofcourse because of poor economy, there's also some people that you need to be aware of, just be careful but other than that,you can depend on lots of nice filipino. Visit our country and see a lot of exciting and nice view,meet a lot of beautiful filipina, I can only visit my family every 2 to 3 years and i get so excited to see my town again, there's nothing like home, america is just okay, but people are not as friendly as we are. There's a lot of opportunity here but I love my homeland and it's more fun there and lay back, more relax and lot to see. All i can say is,,,, visit cebu, but it's good idea that you know someone to go there just on the safe side. So, have fun and go visit.
