HOW MUCH WOULD MY AIR FARE FROM LEXINGTON KENTUCKY AND A NICE HOTEL COST 2 PEOPLE WITH THIS TRIP PLAN IF U CAN GIVE ME A GOOD DEAL AND SOME PICS THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

I don't know about from Lexington, Ky, but from Texas it's about $500 to $800 depending on when you go and how far in advance you book. We booked the cruise and airfare together for $999, but that was a deal I got off Travel Zoo. You might check there.

we have the same cruise planned for sept. thanks for your input. we would like to read more from other hawaii travlers. we are also renting a car on kauai and going back to the big island for 4 days with a car after the cruise. thanks

In spite of some of the issues with the cruise line & the car rental, this is a great way to see Hawaii. I hope you enjoy your trip. We would take this trip again.

Hello, We are going to Hawaii on this same trip for our honeymoon. I was curious about the car rental... Did you book it all through the car rental agency before your trip? How did you get to the car rental place on most islands from the port? I noticed NCL offered car rental service at 39.00 per day but I am assuming that is per person which would end up costing us 78.00 for both of us but I'm not sure. Thanks for any input you can give me. I loved the trip tips, etc.. thanks so much!

I booked our rental cars through the rental car agency directly. The rental agency had shuttles at every stop except Kona. I called the 800 number. I rented through Thrifty, but I believe all the major companies had shuttles there, again except Kona. I called the 800 number to book instead of online. I hope you guys have a great time. You will certainly enjoy the scenery.

The price is going to be contingent upon when you go and what type of cabin you choose - be it an inside cabin, oceanview, veranda or suite. We took an inside cabin. The deal we got was on travel zoo and the cost was $1299 per person including airfare. We booked in April & traveled in July.

Several of us couples are planning a trip to Hawaii and do the cruise on the American Cruise Line. We would like to know how much was the total package. We live in San Antonio Area in Texas and I saw that you were from Texas, where did you travel from and what airlines did you use.
