Once you arrive at the airport in Khota Bahru, take a cab to Kuala Besut (jetty). The cost will be around RM 56 per cab. There's a special counter at the airport just outside the arrival hall which can arrange for your cab to Kuala Besut. The cab ride is about 1 hour long. If you catch the morning flight which is at 7.40 am, you can be at the jetty by 10.00 am and catch the 11.00 am boat.
