Take shuttle to the hotel, drop off the bags and have a shower if we can get in the room.
Take Metro to Cite for Historical Paris Walk. A number of sites are listed here and we probably won't get into all of them. What we don't get in today, we will do later in the week.
Find somewhere to have lunch on the fly.
Start with Archeological Crypt, then to Notre Dame and try and climb the tower. Next walk to Ile St. Louis and take in the sites, maybe get an Ice cream at Berthilion. Walk along the Seine and have a picnic if no ice cream. Visit St. Severin and go through Place Andre des Arts and Place St. Michel. Visit Saint Chapelle and Conciergerie. Back to Hotel, eat and collapse.

This day will highlight the Louvre. There is only so much museum that you can take in at a time so we will see how long we are here.
