This can be seen upclose from the outside and is right in the courtyard of the parliament house. This attraction is covered the moment you step out of the westminster tube station.

This stays open till about 7 or so, but it is advisable to book tickets in advance for a particular time slot. My advise is to take the thames right from right under this attraction. This will take you to Greenwich, then return in the evening and then take the ride.

This is often mistaken as the London bridge. You may want to visit this. Alternatively you can take do this on the thames river ride, where you can sail right under it. I would recommend doing so as it will save a lot of time and give you a great view - all at the same time.

Highly recommended. They even have a change of guard ceremony at certain times of the day. It can be a lot of fun and a great chance to see the royal guards up close ;)

This takes a solid 1/2 to 3/4th of a day. You can also get a cheaper deal (2 for the price of one) if you have the full day travel pass.
